Actually, a regulation hockey rink is 85 by 200 ft. Olympic ice is 100 by 200 ft. Most figure skaters practice and perform on hockey rinks because it is more cost efficient to have ice that can be utilized by both hockey and figure skaters alike. Olympic bound skaters mainly practice at training centers devoted entirely to figure skating.

ACTUALLY international ice rinks are 98ft x 200ft.

The Pittsburgh Penguins have had many amazing goals over the years, but some of the most memorable include:

Each of these goals had incredible saves by the opposition, but the one that stands out the most is Crosby's 2016 Stanley Cup winning goal. This goal was saved by San Jose Sharks goaltender Martin Jones, who made a desperate glove save with less than a minute remaining in the game. Unfortunately for Jones, the puck ended up in the back of the net, and the Penguins went on to win the Stanley Cup.

Probably the most famous French player right now hailing from France, is Cristobal Huet, a goaltender for the Chicago Blackhawks. Philippe Bozon is the most accomplished French hockey player. He participated in four Olympic tournaments and another 12 IIHF World Championships, where he averaged just over one point per game. He also became the first Frenchman to play in the NHL, playing 163 games with St. Louis from 1992-95. In the French League, Bozon was named the best player in 1989 and the rookie of the year in 1984. He won three French Championships in 1984, 1988 and 1991 and then moved onto Germany, where he won another three titles in one of Europe’s premiere leagues with Adler Mannheim from 1996-99. Bozon ended his 22-year career in 2006. He was inducted in the International Ice Hockey Federation Hall of Fame in 2008.
