Why do you think artists use musical imagery so frequently in their compositions?

(I do hope that you're talking about the drawing etc. artists) Well, as an artist myself, I find music really helpful. I think some lyrics or some parts of music lets us imagine something inspiring, therefore helping with art. For example, some part of a music piece may remind someone of clocks or the ocean etc., and the artist might base the image off of that image they see in their head.

How is the title How much land does a man need ironic . What kind of irony it is It is dramatic irony or something else?

I believe that it is more likely to be situational irony.

Also the reason why the title itself is ironic is because Tolstoy usually likes to end his stories with a sense of shock and aw. More aw than shock, but for example in the end of the story when Pahom successfully returns to the checkpoint he has unfortunately died. When his servant comes to him, he digs him 6 feet of dirt, which is all he needed.

Tolstoy's irony is that even though Pahom bought ALL of the land that he did in his past, he really only needed 6 feet for his grave.

What does the phrase Like a cat that's got the cream mean?
