horseshoe crabs do indeed have blue blood, this is because the protein that carries oxygen in their blood is haemocyanin. This protein is a pigment like the haemoglobin in our blood, but instead of using iron to carry the oxygen it uses copper. When iron is oxidised it goes red (hence our red blood) and when copper is oxidised it goes greeny blue (hence the blue blood).
horseshoe crab is the animal that has blue blood,,,..but i have no idea of insects having blue blood^_^
All those animals that have haemocyanin as the respiratory pigment have their blood blue when oxygenated. Haemocyanin is the respiratory pigment akin to haemoglobin but hemocyanin has copper as the cofactor instead of iron which you find in haemoglobin.
Animals belonging to class crustacea and those belonging to phylum Mollusca have hemocyanin, and hence they have blue blood.
Some notable crustaceans are crabs, lobsters, shrimps.
Some notable mollusks include Snails, whelks. mytilus, oysters, chitons, squids, sepia, octopus.
Limulus, called a horseshoe crab, also has hemocyanin.
The Giant Water Bug can be dangerous if stepped on or handled. They also go by their nick name "toe biter" precisely because this is the most common way people get bitten or stung when people accidently step on one. They inject enzyme like chemicals which turn the insides of their prey into mush which the Water bug then suck out. There are scant reports of Water Bugs bites causing severe pain and even permanent muscle damage. As a rule because these bugs are predatory in nature and can inflict a nasty bite, it's best to avoid these creatures and definitely do not handle them. Many Florida residents report that these bugs swim after you when swimming at night, in those cases even though it can be traumatic for small children, these bugs usually swim the other way when repelled without incident.

What is the differencebetween harmful and beneficial insects?
harmful animals do bad things to the earth and their environment but beneficial animals do good things for the earth and environment such as bees pollinating flowers that would be very beneficial. there are not many types of harmful animals but i do know one example. Beavers build dams that can stop river and stream flow taking away the homes and water sources of other organisms. beavers also chop down trees that destroys forests and the homes of tree animals. remember though that just because an animal is a predator and eats other animals or attacks humans as a form of self defense does not mean it is a harmful animal. they are more scared of you than you are of them.

Are praying mantis producers consumers or decomposers?
A producer (also known as an autotroph) is an organism that is able to make complex chemical compounds (i.e, food) from sources of energy in the form of light or heat. Plants, which use sunlight, or tube worms, which use heat from deep sea vents, are examples of producers.
A first level consumer (also called primary consumers) gain their energy from eating producers. This category includes herbivores such as deer, elephants, horses, etc.
A second level consumer (also called a secondary consumer) gains it's energy through predation, or the catching and eating of other animals. Praying Mantids fall in this category. Mantids eat mainly insects, although they have been known to eat small amphibians, reptiles, and even the occasional hummingbird.
A decomposer is an organism that gains it's energy from dead or rotting material. Since Praying Mantids eat primarily live prey and not pre-dead carcasses, they are not considered decomposers.
