Movies rented on an iPad from the iTunes store cannot be viewed on another iPad. Movies purchased can be viewed and downloaded on any iOS device or computer connected to the same Apple account.

Find where it says installing apps and change back to ON

go back to front menu and hopefully app store will now be there. If not go back into Restrictions - Apps and adjust the age ranges allowed in case all are blocked.

No. When you put a movie on your iPad, it stays there forever and you can never delete it. Then each of your movies grow in file size from 1.5 GB to 6 GB until your iPad has no more hard drive space and it explodes. This is all part of Apple's plan to destroy the entire planet.

I'm just kidding. You can delete the movies, but you need to plug it in to your PC or Mac first. Then uncheck the movies you want to delete from your iPad and sync it.
