You can save the music on a file on ur computer. Then open up ur itunes library and drag the music file onto it (in which ever playlist u want it to go in). Then sync ur itunes library to ur ipod by pressing sync, when ur ipod is plugged into ur computer.

No. Downloading is when you receive data from the internet. If you have downloaded a song you can transfer it between any device you have without worrying about downloading over and over . To be clear you only download when receiving data through the internet. Taking a CD and transferring it to your computer then your I Phone is also not downloading.

Go into itunes or were ever you stored your music and double click the track and it will be highlighted just rename it, or right click the track name and select RENAME and just type in what you want an select enter.

Lets see...first things to do would be to see if your iPod is locked. Try looking on the bottom for the little switch. If it is red, you cannot use the iPod. Try turning it the other way to silver instead. If that does not work, try looking at your iTunes account and check to see if your account password has anything to do with it. Next, try looking to see if you have a password to your iPod. I personally have not experienced this problem (prayerfully), so I am not 100% sure if this will work. You might try to contact iTunes and see what they say.
