In my opinion Apple products are not overpriced. They have superior build quality to PCs, have easier to use software for everyday tasks, are easier to manage and most also have superior displays to their PC counterparts.
At the end of the day, opinions vary between people as it is possible to do everyday tasks on a PC as well, though those who are willing to pay more for an Apple computer for a bit more ease of use and style would say that Apple computers are worth the extra price.
