It is impossible. The closest thing you can do is get IN the car. You can do that by getting close to it until the circle with a C in it. then PRESS the C button on the nunchuck.

Yes and no. You can delete them by restarting the game as a new game, which will erase everything you achieved & bought in that one game. You cannot delete them by mistake, though.
