Actually, there are absolutely NO cheats for LRR-PC. However, there are some exe commands you can add to your shortcut. Right-Click on your LRR shorcut and go to properties. In the window that shows up, add "-best -window -testlevels" to the end of the target directory (without the quotes, and outside the target quotes).

This will allow you to play any level at anytime regardless of your progress, it will also automatically load the game in a window rather than full screen. However, you must also change your computer to 16-bit color or else the game will crash (since it can't run in 32 bit color).
