I would check with a pharmasist first but I would say take them seperately at two hour intervals i.e. take tramadol at 10.am, 2pm, 6pm, 10pm and take the doxepin at 8am, 12am, 4pm, 8pm,12pm

No, never. Lexapro is an antidepressant, and I do not know of anything that will falsely test positive for benzos, at least on a standard quality drug screen.

During post-marketing evaluation, Lexapro overdoses involving overdoses of over 1000mg have been reported. As with other SSRIs, fatality is rare. Symptoms often accompanying overdose by escitalopram, alone or in combination with other drugs/alcohol, may include dizziness, convulsions, coma, hypotension (low blood pressure), insomnia, vomiting, nausea, sinus tachycardia, somnolence, and ECG changes. Discontinuing antidepressants, especially suddenly, has been known to cause certain withdrawal symptoms. One possible symptom is a type of spontaneous nerve pulse, described by some patients as a feeling of small electric shocks, which may be accompanied by dizziness. These pulses may be short in duration, may affect any region of the body, and recur up to several times a minute in waking hours. Other symptoms of discontinuation include extreme sensitivity to loud noises and brilliant light, chills, hot flushes, cold sweats, reddening of the face, abdominal pain, weight gain and extreme mental fatigue.
Overall, escitalopram is rated as being "very well tolerated." Yea when I first started taking it my body was not use to it. I often felt dizzy. Also when I started skipping doses (even one pill) I noticed the dizziness became worst, some times I felt like I was going to pass out and other times I would have a hard time walking straight with out bumping in to anything or anyone. I sugesst keeping taking you meds as prescribe and if you are new to the medication give it some time it goes away, if not talk to a doctor.

I am an addict who has snorted any and every drug that can get you high by doing so, but lithium WILL NOT get you high. Only dead quickly! I've got friends who proved it too. PS. I take bi-polar meds to keep me from using dope/etc now and helps greatly. GB

It is possible, but the risk for relapse is greatly increased. Also the withdrawal effects would be extremely debilitating, as with any opiate. I would suggest setting a date to stop and attempt to ween yourself of by that date, but whether you can or not, stop by that date. Or if you have the money for it some rehab centers have and may be experimenting with drugs that can aid some withdrawl symptoms. There is some research on a naturally produced halucinagin that can elimminate all craving and other withdrawl symptoms for opiate addicts.

Well I have been onSynthroid since last November. I did start to feel better right away but the weight lossis still an effort. I did lose about 13 lbs on Atkins in the first four or five weeks (stayed on induction phase the whole time) I was also exercising every day. I have not gained any back but now I am loosing very slowly and am going off the diet for a week or two hoping to jump start the weight loss again. To answer your question I would say yes you can lose weight after starting synthroid but only if your thyroid is at normal levels (for me 1.21 TSH) but it won't be easy. As soon as my exercise dropped off the weight loss slowed. Also I would go to about.com there is lot of information on hypothyroidism there.

Alcohol makes you do stupid things and make poor decisions. Drugs do the same thing. You need to get your life straightened back out so you can stay out of jail.
I see you have also checked "Lexapro" - having a mood disorder means you are more likely to become addicted to things. That is THREE good reasons to stay away from alcohol (and drugs)>
Can you take NyQuil with Lexapro and Klonopin?
Relpax may increase blood pressure, and it is an indication of dayquil that you should not take it if you have high blood pressure. I would think this means you shouldn't mix the two.
As a general rule, you shouldn't mix drugs anyway. Bare minimum is best.
Relpax works by narrowing the blood vessels around the brain and dayquil may also cause poor circulation to the hands and feet. Sounds like another reason not to mix them.

I am on 20mg or Focalin XR a day and I have been an avid marijuana smoker and activist for a long time. I can only speak from experience with higher quality bud (i.e. - "chronic" or if I'm lucky, some from cannabis clubs), but it doesn't cause any side effects that I've noticed. I've also been on Lexapro and many different drugs in that family and I've never noticed anything...and I smoke multiple times a day...usually.
Is shortness of breath a common symptom of Lexapro?
Not sure when this question was asked, but I've been having terrible shortness of breath on Lexapro. Especially while coming down from 20mg to 5mg, which is where I am now. I've been doing it slow, but I developed shortness of breath that would last for hours. I've been to the ER 4 times for it. I thought for sure I had something wrong with my heart.
