Michelangelo's studies for the Libyan Sibyl were used for the Sistine Chapel ceiling?
The Libyan Sibyl was used indirectly for the Sistine chapel. It is actually a red chalk study of a male figure that was later transformed to a female figure for the chapel. Michelangelo did many "studies" of anatomy for his final paintings and this is one of them. This study appears at the MET in NYC if interested.

Who is the Minister of Water Resources for Libya?
Al-Hadi Sulayman Hanshi is the Minister of Water Resources for Libya.
As a member of the German Air Force, I took an English language course in 1964 in Lackland Air Force base near San Antonio, TX. Several times I had discussions with a young Libyan colonel whose name I do not remember but who looked very very much like Gaddafi (at young age). At that time he was a strong supporter of king Idris whom he later overturned.

What US president bombed Muammar al-Gaddafi?
In April 1986 , US fighter-bombers bombed Tripoli and hit Qaddafi's house. The attack was in response to a bombing in West Berlin by terrorists based in Libya.
The West Berlin bombing injured some 60 US servicemen and killed one. The sitting president at the time was Ronald Reagan.
Did President Reagan send any Navy SEALs to Libya to fight?
There is no public record of the SEAL's being engaged in the Libya operation, and it's unlikely they would've been used since the Libyans had no real Naval or Air threat that the U.S. was concerned with. Most of the recon was done by satellite and the actual bombing and limited encounters were very short. Kaddafi pretty much disappeared from the world scene after the bombing, and hasn't so much as uttered a word of defiance toward the U.S. since.
This doesn't preclude the possibility that the SEAL's were used for covert recon or other operations in Libya that still remains classified. Acknowledgement of SEAL activities by the U.S. is generally confined to wider conflicts like Iraqi Freedom, Vietnam, etc., rather than limited military involvement.
What do you call a person from benghazi?
There is no word (in either English or Arabic) for a resident of the city of Benghazi. As Benghazi is a city in Libya, you could call such as person a Libyan. Less commonly, because Benghazi is the capital of the region of Cyrenaica, they can be called Cyrenaicans, but this is seen as rather dated (like calling Italians as Romans).
Of course, you could always invent a term for this like "Benghazians" or "Benghazese", but these are not real words currently.
