Is the Little people big World Series over?

As of no the series is not over. I have read reports on line that indicate the family is still being followed by cameras currently. Molly and her mother were seen at the DMV taking the written exam and she passed. This indicates to me that the show is not over yet. I also read earlier in the year that the Roloff brothers are in community college with all the same friends and cameras are sometimes present. Let's hope its not over yet as I really want to know what is going to happen to the marriage. I hope they can work out their problems!

What is Matt roloff's net worth?

One Answer:

According to the site celebritynetworth.com, Matt and Amy Roloff have a net worth of 4.5 million dollars. This comes from Matt having appeared in Return of the Jedi as an Ewok, income from the family farm and wedding business, and appearing on the TLC show "Little People, Big World".

Another answer:

Well by todays market value the farm is worth about 800,000 he does about 20 appearances per yer at 7000.00 per so that's another 210,000 the farm produces at least 100,000 per seasonand DAS his stool company has propbably tapered off at about 100,000 per year. His two books have declined but may generate about 30,000 in revenue. I don't think he is employed anymore so his yearly earnings would be about 400,000 that's not taking into account any income Amy may generate through her own appearances or the actual cost that the farm incures. Then there are the non monetary perks that the TLC gives the family like trips, renovations and so on. and then there are the perks that companies give them to display on their show like sony, kawasaki, Wii, and so on. So in a nut shell Matt Roloff is doing very well. But notariety has an ending.

Why is this the last season for Little People Big World?

Since the time the below answer was composed, Matt Roloff stated that the family reality show has been signed for two more seasons. The next upcoming big event will be Zach's wedding. Matt alluded to some big surprises, so fans can start looking forward to more shows in 2015.

This answer is directly from Matt Roloff via his facebook and website:

The wind down of the show has been being planned for over a year. Our family thought it was all over last November when our 6 year (5 season) contract expired. TLC felt like we had a number of loose ends to still tie up. (that's a long story in it's self that I'll tell one day as a chapter in a book.)

So after 5 months of discussions over last winter/spring we jointly decided with TLC to sign a new very short term contract (2 season) That's not typical in the TV business. This contract gave TLC between min20 and max80 episodes over 2 seasons to wrap things and put a 'clean' finish on our series. Everyone, including TLC, was anxious to let the Roloff's go back to some sense of a 'normal' life. TLC was very kind and respectful and was able to wrap it up in just 20 episodes. We thank them for their efficiency these past several months.

While our family will miss the show and all the folks we were blessed to work with... We are very pleased with what was accomplished and are even more excited about returning to normal life at least for awhile. ...and working on new chapters of our lives. Other executive producers (outside TLC) are discussing projects with our lawyers that can be loosely defined as "spin-offs" ... but several of these projects will need to wait until our full contract (exclusion period) with TLC expires next April. At which time they have an option to extend for yet another season. But no one is expecting that to happen. TLC has asked us to participated in a few specials on TLC but the family is really excited about moving on so these opportunities will be evaluated and decided over time. LPBW took almost two years from the first pilot (that never aired and was taped for CBS) to finally getting on air with TLC. These things take time. Thank goodness they do because we all need a break. In the meantime- We will work on the projects that are specifically excluded from our current TLC contract. i.e. books, animation, hosting, specials, movie shorts, product endorsements.etc ..And of course Amy and I will remain active with our charities and speaking events... not to mention the farm. Thanks to you all for caring so much about our family. )

How can people be so ignorant?

My father tells me that the lack of education is responsible for making people ignorant. Humans have the habit to hold on to their own ideas rather than being flexible in each situation. They fail to realize other's opinions and behave like frogs in a deep well. Education especially in backward countries should be emphasized as lack of knowledge and ignorance results in severe problems in life. Ignorance has also resulted in terrorism in many parts of the world.
