It changes over the lifespan of the lobster. In the first year of life, a young lobster might molt a dozen times or more. As a juvenile, he will probably molt a couple times a year. How much does a red lobster employee make?

I do A/C work, or some call it expo, easy as hell, just putting lemons and sauces on plates before they go out, i make 8.50$ starting.

edit - the servers, at least in TX, make $2.13/hr + tips (which to say with old the elderly people in the afternoon is only about $2 - $3 a table). If you have never waited tables before i would like you to know most servers expect 15%. if you feel your waiter/waitress did a great job, don't just tell them and pat them on the back, show it with the money. You will be much more valued if you do so.

edit - the servers here (central Illinois) make $4.00/hr+tips, I'm a busser, I'm only 16 (idk if that makes a difference), I make $8.00/hr and no tips. Usually only work 13 hours a week, mainly weekends, holidays differ.

It all depends on what state you are in. I start out as a hostess with and AA degree and I was hired at red lobster making over $13.00 an hour. when I converted to server I was making $3.25/hr. plus tips. by the time I got my check I owed them. now I work in CA. I get paid $9.50/hr to host and $8.50/hr to serve plus tips. the important thing is to research the area you plan to work in.

Is red lobster's food Prepackaged and just warmed at the restaurant?

I worked at a Red Slobster for a couple of years in Boise, Idaho. I ran the kitchen as an Expo, the individual in charge of helping the wait staff get what they need to serve you, the customer.

Some items are prepackaged and some are not. there is also a fresh list in all RL's and that list is just what it implies...fresh, though dead but kept only for a predetermined set of time before being discarded...cats love RL's trash cans.

Be careful of all the seafood seasoning at RL. It contains very high levels of MSG, which has been linked to cancer, migraine trigger and other unpopular medical conditions. MSG is a chemical and it is not healthy but you can request it not be added to your meal and the kitchen, if following their trianing, will take care of you.

All shrimp is frozen and is thawed the day before being served. Almost all shell fish is frozen product but it is fresh frozen. That term reads like an oximoron but it actually isn't. The shellfish or other fish are frozen before the enzymes can begging the breakdown process after death or being caught and stressed out. The result is all the flavor stuff you want remains in the fish. In a case where freezing is delayed the quality of the product and it's flavor are directly affected.

To be sure ask your server if what you order is fresh or frozen. They will be happy to help you in your dinning choices.

Can lobster live forever?

Lobsters may be one of a small number of species which do not die of aging. Lobsters do not slow down, weaken, or lose fertility with age. In fact, older lobsters are more fertile than younger lobsters. The reason for this indefinite longevity is said to be due to telomerase, an enzyme that repairs DNA sequences.

Lobsters may effectively live indefinitely, barring injury, disease, capture, etc. Because of this, they can reach impressive sizes. According to the Guinness Book of World Records, the largest lobster was caught in Nova Scotia, Canada, and weighed 20.15 kilograms (44.4 lb).

Are beatles related to crab or lobster?

Yes. You might take some literary license and call them "cousins." In the biological classification (taxonomy) living things are organized in a hierarchical or tree-like manner, from the top down starting with cellular organisms with nuclei into a superkingdom containing all animals, then phylum, class, order, family, etc., down until the individual species is described. From this view you might say they share about half the parentage. Beetles and crabs/lobsters are related through their parent classification called a clade - "pancrustacea" which divides down: on one hand you have the crustaceans like crabs and lobsters, on the other, you have the hexapoda including insects with the coleoptera (beetles) further down that branch.
