How long does tanning lotion last before it expires?
It depends on the ingredients and how you store it. Paraben-free lotion is very marketable right now for skin care lines and tanning salons, but lotions with parabens often extend the shelf life of indoor tanning lotions. Make sure the lotion you buy wasn't sitting on a shelf for years. Most tanning salons offer higher end lotions with higher quality ingredients than a lotion you could could buy at a supermarket. They contain things like dihydroxyacetone, natural bronzers, silicones, caffeine, tingles, coolants, blushes, vitamins, firming and toning formulas, anti-oxidants, after tan odor minimizers, etc to help nourish your skin, optimize your tanning capability, and overall enhance your tanning experience. Also, storing your indoor tanning lotion is important. Keep your bottle somewhere at room temperature. Don't leave it in a freezing cold car or a steaming hot garage when you are not using it. The temperature change can damage ingredients in the lotions. Also, never buy indoor tanning lotions online. You would never know what it really is or how it was stored.

Yes, it can help.
Avoid store-bought lotions if you can help it as these can contain multiple chemical ingredients that may irritate or cause allergic reaction, also store-bought lotions tend to use mineral oil or petroleum jelly which can irritate delicate skin. Try to opt for natural moisturisers such as olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter, etc. which are much healthier and promote skin healing - if your legs are irritated after shaving try aloe vera too.

Lemon juice and salt. Scrub it. If that doesn't work, use Nail Polish remover. Then, wash your hands in warm water with plenty of soap to get the acetone off. Good luck! According to the January 2007 Consumer Reports magazine, Olay Regenerist was the most effective wrinkle cream. The article is quick to point out, though, that none of the products they tested showed any truly visible improvements.
AnswerI am always one for a bargain--and I've found that there are a number of anti-aging creams available online which work just as effectively as the prevalent top brands of wrinkle creams available over the counter. They are just as good and affordably priced. Some might contain the same ingredients that Olay Regenerist does. They might help to stimulate the production of collagen which keeps the skin soft, supple and firm, reducing fine lines and wrinkles. Why do people put vinegar in their hair before dying it?
because theyre weird
vinegar makes it smell bad
and overdryes it
^^^^ this is a horrible answer.
vinegar, firstly, is a very old beauty secret for hair. 1. it's usually a vinegar solution not straight vinegar. ie 1/2 white vinegar or apple cider vinegar to two cups of water. you can pour this solution over your hair in the shower after shampooing and conditioning let it sit five minutes and rinse, follow with more conditioner if you want.
2. it doesnt smell bad because of the water content and it dissipates as its drying. i use vinegar on my hair once a week and have had people smell my hair to make sure.
3. it only over dries your hair if you use too much or use it too often. its known that over time the hair follicles can open up very large and create a strand to look like it has "awnings" all the way down the shaft (you have seen this on shampoo commercials) after dying and bleaching and aging it becomes more and more porous (holes where hair dye molecules are supposed to fit, get bigger making it easier for it to get in but just as easy to rinse out) and this can mean that its frizzy and less shiny. the vinegar helps to put these "awnings" back down flat and leave you with shinier and softer tresses.
4. you do it before of after a dye job so that the hair is less porous (if your hair has trouble holding onto dye then this is for you, especially red colors) when the vinegar hits it puts those "awnings" down making it harder for the color to rinse out after you dye it or shutting it in if you to the vinegar after you rinse.

Does indoor tanning lotion expire?
There is a common belief that sunscreen is only good for one season. Some will have expiration dates printed on them. However, most sunscreens do not have expiration dates printed on them. Instead "lot numbers" can be used to determine the date the product was manufactured.
For Coppertone products, the first character of the lot code represents the year of manufacture (7=2007, etc). The second character is a bit more involved. It will tell you the month of manufacture using this code: A=Jan, B=Feb, C=Mar, D=Apr, E=May, but then G=June, H=July, J=Aug, K=Sept, M=Oct, N=Nov, and P=Dec.
Per Scherring-Plough (the mfr of Coppertone) their SPF sunscreens have a shelf life of 3 years from the date of manufacture.
For Banana Boat products, the first 2 digits of the code represent the year it was made (07=2007, etc.) and the next 3 digits represent the day of the year (32=Feb 1st, 365=Dec 31st, etc). They also state a shelf life of 3 years.
Lotions, oils and other topical stuff can cause problems with your EMG test in 2 different ways. First, they can cause the sticker-like electrodes not to stick & this can be quite frustrating to the person doing your EMG examination. Second, your lotion can cause something called impedance mismatch, which results in crazy looking activity that will interfere with you doctor being able to obtain useful information.
