I personally think liquid foundation is better than mineral foundation, because its like moisturiser: It sinks into the skin. Mineral foundation just sits on the top of the skin, and It is slightly more visible. If you're looking for a more natural look i suggest you use liquid foundation. If your looking for a more visible effect, try mineral.

This is actually kind of confusing to me because actually, depending on the product, it's made in all different places. 4. Put on Bonder BEFORE the colored polish. (This makes your nail polish stay longer)

5. Put the color on. Be sure to paint a line down the middle first and then on the sides to get the whole nail without getting nail polish on your fingers.

6. Wait for it to be dry to the touch.

7. Put on a clear coat. (Makes it shiney and not chip)

8. Once dry, soak fingers in really cold water to harden the nails.

9. Use a nail polish remover stick to clean up any of the messy nail polish on your fingers.

I have tested this theory on several different pieces of jewelry.
