Say it's Bowser's Castle in the Special Cup. You fall into the lava. Lakitu, (The Koopa Troopa with big glasses and floats in a cloud) has a fishing line. He may fish for you in the lava with the fishing line. Then, he will reel you in and drop you right on the track. If it's like SNES Ghost Valley 2 in the shell cup, Lakitu will be in the air and grab you with his fishing line, and it's the same thing.
