To get Mario Kart 64, go to the Wii Menu and click the Wii Shop Channel. Click on the section in the mid-bottom part of the screen that shows how many Wii points you have. Redeem a Wii Point Card (sold at retail stores like gamestop) or use a credit card and get at least 1000 Wii points ($10 USD). If you already have at least 1000 wii points, then skip this step. Click Virtual Console and search for Mario Kart 64. When you find it, click it and you can download it. Once you've downloaded it, it will appear as a channel on your Wii Menu. if you see inside some wii lids on top of the console there are memory card slots for gamecube so you need to play at least 6 games on wii three of the very oldest or need to have super Mario galaxy save data and insert the gamecube memory card into slot 1 or 2 and insert double dash if it don't work then just email me

No. 3DS games are only going to be playable on the 3DS. I think the cartridge graphics might fry the DSi lol, and i also think they will stop making DS games and start making 3DS games instead
