Its in the trunk on passenger side.Also for the other questions about not being able to shift your car out of park is because Benz put a $5 dollar part made of plastic in the gear shifter.This piece breaks and then the dealer wants to charge you $600-$900 to change it! You don't need this plastic piece it is only for safety so a child can't shift the car while in park and roll down the road. I would take it to somebody who can put it on a lift. It is much easier on a lift because of all the plastic covers protecting the underside of the car.

You can't. The valet key doesn't have the capacity to do more than it does and you can't add capacity to it unless you have the standard key and even then it would take skills beyond most people's ability.

I had the same problem - and had to go to my local Ford dealer for the answer - press the spindle by the clock (shown as G in the user manual) until minutes display flashes. Then press the spindle next to the digital odometer display to change the minutes to required time. Press clock spindle again to go to hours and repeat if required.

Make sure you turn the ignition key to position 2 before doing this otherwise you will just change between 12 and 24 clock settings.

The CL Class Mercedes-Benz is a pilarless 4 passenger, 2 door coupe version of the flagship S Class sedan. It is not and has never been available in a convertible model. The SL Class built from 2003 onward is a 2 passenger, 2 door convertible with a folding metal roof. The CL Class is most expensive car wearing the Mercedes-Benz name.

I believe there are 2 batteries for this model. One in the trunk, the other on the right side near the firewall, under a big black plastic housing. You need to figure out which battery needs replacing,, and you should also check the alternator as well. Why, this is a fairly new car, and the battery should be fine...they should go about 5 years. So it might be the alternator....and they're easy to check anyway. Remember, don't buy a cheap replacement battery for this car...they're using 2 batteries and like 100w systems...there's a lot going on in the electrical systems on these new cars, and it pays to spend the extra few dollars to do it right.

Mercedes used to have A and B services (A was simple oil change, B was a more comprehensive inspection), but starting around the time of the current E class models the service indicator now goes to C, D, E and beyond as the miles increase. I had a D service done on my E320 at around 50K miles - which was an oil change and basic inspection (like the old A service). The dealer probably has a list of services required by code. The most expensive routine thing to change are the brakes - seem to wear very quickly on most mercedes, but especially this model - and are not cheap to replace - also not easy to do outside the dealer's shop - since you need to disconnect the electronic braking system to change pads and rotors.

Did this happen all of a sudden? Was there any warning that the trans had a problem? Is your foot on the brake while shifting the gears? Has this car been parked on a hill for any length of time? Is there any warning light displayed on the instrument cluster? These cars use electric shift controls....so that might be the trouble source.... This car will probably need to be sent to the dealer....they have a lot of problems with these trans's...their service manual should not read like it does...people should change the trans oil in these things every 40k miles...and the synthetic oil in them is not as good as real trans fluid... It is located in the trunk on the passenger side. To access it you have to lift the spare tire cover and pull the battery cover panel (usually has a velcro strap). Be certain to pull cover bottom first, as there is a tab along the top of the panel. Good luck

You have three fuse boxes on your car ,in the door jam on the driver side,under the hood on the driver side and in the trunk on the driver side wall. I don't know what's going on with your car and i hope this info help you.
