...To elaborate... Yes you can smoke a methadone pill, BUT from experience, it is a complete waste. Smoking it gives no significant rush or high and if anything your losing precious milligrams. Methadone is a slow acting opiod and takes a while to kick in no matter how you take it.

each state has different regulations for how a methadone clinic or pain treatment center can prescribe methadone. the regulations are more about how many take home doses a person can get(after certain amnt of time, multiple supervised drug tests,etc.) than how the physician can prescribe it. outside of a methadone clinic/ pain center- any dr can legally prescribe methadone- most just are scared to because it is a potent opiate that has the longest half-life(stays in body) of any oral opiate. This can be deadly if too much is given to a person with no tolderance

Both are CNS depressants, which is to say that they suppress the action of certain parts of your central nervous system. In higher doses of either drug alone, you may experience slower or shallow breathing, or even respiratory arrest. With both together (especially if one or both are at a high dosage), you run a very high risk of fatality due to respiratory arrest. yeah its perfectly fine to take together, moniter central nervous system and breathing as both medications are CNS depressants. i take 75 mgs of methadone once daily in the mourning and 2400 mgs of gabapentin a day divided evenly in 3 equal doses (800mgs per dose). i had alot of problems before when i only was taking the methadone alone but once my doctor added the meurontin ive had a sagnifigant amount of pain releif and i find that the methadone seems to last longer and there is no longer ups and downs that MMT often can happen. and dont forget methadone is a very potent opiod, just because it doesnt cause euphoria and produce a high like other opiods can doesnt mean its not working.

Yes you do feel a slight difference (if u havent been on the program for years),... i think 120Mg's is a pefect dose to get to and stay at. {but thats what i experienced so it could be different for you but all-in-all 110Mg's to 120Mg's yes you do feel a slightly bit better}
