Yes you do feel a slight difference (if u havent been on the program for years),... i think 120Mg's is a pefect dose to get to and stay at. {but thats what i experienced so it could be different for you but all-in-all 110Mg's to 120Mg's yes you do feel a slightly bit better}

Well, it won't be fun. My brother and I both came off of 80mg/day and 120mg/day, respectively. I would recommend that you plan nothing for the first ten days. You should be feeling better by then if not sooner. 40mg isn't that much really, all things considered. It could be worse, you could be coming off of oxys. Some good weed will help ease the pain... and there will be physical pain as you're losing the pain killing properties of the methadone.

One more recommendation: If you've been snorting the methadone, you ought to convert to taking them properly for a week or so before quitting. You could also try to step down your dose, although I've found that if you have them around, you won't be able to step down without something holding the pills for you and handing them out to you.

Tramadol will not show up, but Duragenic " Fentanyl" will show up since it's a CII opiate it will show on a urine test.

it doesnt show as a opioid and many people r lossing there doctors cause they do a drug abuse urine test and endocet will not show as opioid.

it helps somewhat definitely better than nothing but not real strong or euphoric or anything like that.

My Dr told me 24 hours but it was way too soon. I threw up every 10 min and didn't eat or sleep for 2 days. It will be painful but I would wait 3 or 4 days because methadone has such a long half life. The withdrawals for those few days are nothing compared to take the sub to early!

Taking less methadone would help. Talk to the doctor who prescribed you the methadone. He/she will be able to prescribe an anti-emetic such as Phenergan or change the methadone to another medication (if you are using it for pain).

I definitely WOULD NOT! suboxone is an opiate blocker and when taken within less than 48 hours ANY other opiate (though many doctors would say 72 hours) can cause you to experience immediate withdrawal symptoms! i made the mistake once....and you can be sure it wont happen again.

It's difficult with tablets. Methadose is a liquid form and to measure it look on the label to see mg/ml.. if it is 30 mg/ml, and your dose is 60 mg.......draw out two ml with a baby syringe. Or a marked dropper.

Simple, you just walk in and get it. I am not being sarcastic or smart. All methadone clinics should have emergency procedures that allow patients to get their dosing from local ER's. You will need wither proof of attending a clinic and dosing or your clinic will call the ER and verify your info. Same goes with if you are getting methadone from a private doctor, only it is much more important to have documentation if your are attending a private doctor.

methadone is roughly 35 times stronger than oxycodone/morphine in equal doses but works very diffrently to perocet/oxycodone & most other opiate/opiod narcotic analgesics in that in methadone whilst being a v potent analgesic it does not produce a high/euphoric effect assoc' with perocet etc whatsoever hence the reason of its use in UK for treatment of heroin abuse.it allows the addict to replace 1 for the other with no pleasure like effect using meth'.perocet is by far the better of the 2 for chronic/long term pain relief as the narcotic effect present in perocet etc is a far more effective in pain relief, has fewer nastyside effects and is by far the safer & better choice

from what i understand methadone blocks the effects of percocet anyway so whats the use in taking it?? as far as co q-10 that im not sure about.
