It depends on how many ml's you have. I'm assuming you have a liquid solution? Say your bottle has 10 ml left in it. Well then you have 200 mg. That's quite a bit. Now you have to consider mode of getting it in your body. Is it syrup? Is it injectable? I believe doing IV gives you best bioavailability , but lasts least amount of time. Sub Q shot is next, then Im and oral being slightly less bioavailability, but lasting a long time.

You just take them orally like you would with any other pill. Do not put it under your tongue like with suboxone as it will burn and taste horrible. Methadone pills break down quickly and dissolve very fast so there is no point in crushing or breaking the pill.

If you are taking an adequate dose of methadone, then it is likely that all your opiate receptors in your brain are full. That is, in fact, the point of taking methadone. If they are, then you probably won't "feel" anything from the Vicodin. If you are not taking an adequate dose of methadone, then the Vicodin will help with pain/opiate withdrawls/whatever you are taking it for. I do not think it is possible to test positive for methadone after taking ecstasy. Methadone is a synthetic opiate and ecstasy is a stimulant and hallucinogen. Even when testing for regular opiates methadone will not show up since its synthetic, methadone will show up on a urine as methadone only if they are testing specifically for methadone. There is no way ecstasy will show up as methadone on a urine test, ecstasy does not contain methadone.

Buprenorphine alone is just a synthetic opioid but suboxone is buprenorphine mixed with narcan( a strong very fast acting opioid blocker and mixing it with any opioid or opiate will send u in to a quickened intense withdrawal... Its never smart to mix drugs and if ur on methadone then u shouldn't be trying to get high u should be trying to get off drugs altogether... Otherwise why aren't on it... If a doctor is prescribing it for pain and its not working than tell ur doctor but I can almost guarantee u that if ur asking questions like this than u have most likely displayed other signs of drug seeking behavior and ur doctors not stupid... He or she did go to med school... So my suggestion for people in pain is simple exercises and stretching... A body in motion stays in motion..m if ur abusing methadone or other drugs while in a recovery program... Get it together or get out of the way so that someone who really wants to get clean can have ur spot... Ur just wasting ur time and maybe u haven't hit rock bottom... Try NA or church or something... Any addiction you might feel is purely psychological. It takes a lot more than 2 times to get a physical addiction. If you are doing it just to get high, I would advise against it. It may not have all of the physical side affects of heroin, but it can take you to the same place and make you just as much of an addict.
