First of all make sure you have 2 wii remotes otherwise you cant play two player. Secondly, turn on your wii and remotes and start the guitar hero game Thirdly, when the menu comes up you have either 4 options to choose from the first one is 'Career' if you want to play two player on this then choose the option band/co operative the same gose with the second one down 'Quickplay' the next one would be 'Head to Head' then you choose the type of head to head you wish to play. The final option is Nintendo WIFI (you can only accsess this if your wii is connected to the internet) if you want to play two player on this then you have to push blue on the second guitar controller to sign in the you should select the option that already has the option pro-face off then you scroll down the list until you get to 2 vs 2 guitars then you set up. Im not entirley sure how to fix it propally cause mine only opens by controller sometimes, but i know how to open it manually if it's stuck. If you go on the disk tray and take of the silver xbox 360 cover of it. On the left side ther should be a few gaps and holes. With a small scalpel or pocket knife you must find a small rubber band (that helps the disk tray rotate) in side one of those gaps, and gentley stroke it donwards until the disk tray pops out, and you can remove the rest of it manually

I have the same problem... red lines that occasionally turn green and are pixelated. Very annoying...Only happens when I use my xbox on my Panasonic Viera Plasma... does anyone know how to fix this?

You need the original box to return it to Costco. For Microsoft they will send you a shipping box to put your 360 in. Make sure you don't put any of your accessories in there too. They DO NOT charge you if it is indeed the red rings of death. Call them up at 1-800-4-My-Xbox and tell them you got the red rings. They'll take down you info and send you the box. it also doesn't take 8 to 12 weeks. Depending on where you live it's usually around 2 weeks to a month.
