As far I can recall, there are no 'gotchas': you remove two screws: one inside recess of the main handle/window controls (where you pull to close) and another behind the door lock/lever. The latter will have a tiny plastic cover that you will have to keep track of.

After that, its like most door panels: gently pull outward, starting at bottom to disengage plastic clips and work your way up the sides until you can lift the panel off the window opening and release the panel's electric connector.

I heard it is a manufacturer defect with no 2004 camber kit available.It is a Manufacturer defect for which they have not put out a 'RECALL'.Some of the dealers deny knowing about the problem,and encourage the owner of the vehicle to change wheel bearings and other suspension parts.It is because of this defect the other suspensions parts are deteriorating rapidly.The Erin Mills Mitsubishi dealer now claims to have modified kit but all work must be done at their location.Owner should not have to pay for service as the fault lies with manufacturer..Rgds

If it has a 3.1L engine, it'll be in the exhaust pipe just after the exhaust manifold. Rotate the engine forward, look down between the engine and firewall, it'll be pointing up at you, with a wire coming out the top. Cheap/easy to replace, will better your mpg's!
