It's a common concept that people use to scam models. There is really no such thing as an international modeling license. The only document you'll have to deal with when modeling in other countries is a typical work visa. People will charge a lot of money for this so-called "license" when it is not necessary nor required. Anyone that approaches you about this should be avoided. Agency represented models will have their agents take care of all the travel oriented documents for the most part.

Get a friend to take some photos, with and without makeup, head shots and full length and send them with a letter to various model agencies in your town. If you've got what it takes they will invest in you, you shouldn't have to pay anybody.

Not necessarily. In general, male models are required to be tone and lean, not buff. Heavily muscled men aren't used in fashion/runway or editorial work. That is more in the fitness modeling industry. Male models that are not muscular but are on the skinnier, leaner side are more likely to get agency representation and make a good income, especially if they meet the height requirement as a fashion/runway/editorial model.

Extra agencies specialize in actors that are interested in doing extra work on television shows, commercials, films, etc. They work as a casting service that has a database of actors and whenever a casting/audition for extra work comes up, they send out notifications to the talent with instructions on how to submit themselves for extra work.

It depends on how much their agency can secure for the models as well as the type of project. Most models can make a few hundred dollars a day or an hour, while the more in demand models can make up to $1000+ or more per day.

On their official website they have galleries of 9 models total (7 women and 2 men). However, they also have offices in London, New York and Paris so the current number of models is more than likely higher but hard to pinpoint since they have more than one office location where they use models.
