No you cant. just make a fake email and use it just to get the confirmation code. then never access the email again. the reason why you can't is because it takes the point away. one person only needs one profile and there is absolutely no reason as to why someone would need two. This should bring up the facebook page. If you already have an account the login box will be in the top right corner, if you don't have an account then there is a big box sought of thing on the right side of the page, what you will need to do is fill that in, you will need to be 13 years of age and also you need to have an email address.
Once you fill in the details save/send them, in about 10 seconds a confirmation email should be sent to your email, you will need to open this email and click on the link which will then take you to your new account.
