NCIS never takes off from where it left off between series. They play it to real life, so where there was a 4 month break for summer they also write it like there's been 4 months in between that we haven't seen

I don't think so. Her character in the series NCIS is that of a Mossad Agent who has spent time in many countries. As a result, she knows many languages. However, in real life she lives in the USA. So, at most she may know one or two languages but as many as shown in the series NCIS, its practically not possible.

No Idea. There is no news right now about the series NCIS ending. As of now, the Season 9 is in progress and hopefully Season 10 will premiere later this year in 2012. NCIS is one of USA's most popular TV Series and I don't think they would stop it this year or in the next few years.
