For the Brain Tree's quests, you cannot find a database for the answers or ask others for them, since no one will know. The Brain Tree randomly generates a question for you, so you must find it on your own.

To find the answer, you must complete two of the Esophagor's quests. You can find him in the Haunted Woods, nearby the Brain Tree. The Esophagor's quests can be either extremely cheap, or extremely expensive. If they are more than a few thousand neopoints, they generally are not worth completing because you will be paying for more than you recieve. Once you complete a quest from Esophagor, he will give you one of the two answers, like when the dead person had died. With another quest, he will give you the second answer, where. After you have two answers, give them to the Brain Tree within his time limit and he will reward you. Usually the quest isn't worth the trouble, while other times he can reward you with very expensive and rare items, or even with a shiny new trophy.

If you mean the worms in Moltara, then you have to get a free lantern at Lampwyck's Lights Fantastic. If you don't get it the first time, then you have to try again. The person says it is crappy and has a bad light source (or something like that). You put the worms in this. There are many worms; in the caves there are purple, blue, pink, yellow, and black, and the city has green, red, orange, white, and rainbow. The black and rainbow are the hardest to find. Then you must go to your inventory and select the lantern. Click the option "fill with worms". Then you must go to to the cave near the middle of the picture at the very top and get the red moltite. You can go back to the lantern shop and trade the crappy lantern for a wearable one. The next day you can get the lantern back and enter the cave again (after the worms have rested) to get more red moltite.

Morphing potions change your neopet into another pet. They are one-use items, meaning that they disappear after you transform your pet. For example, if you gave a checkered poogle potion to a green Lenny, it would become a checkered poogle, then the potion would disappear. In order to change your pet back to it's original species and color, you would need to get the potion of it's old self (in this case you would need a green Lenny morphing potion).

Morphing potions can be extremely expensive (especially poogle morphing potions), but some, such as the split Lenny or green uni, can be purchased as cheap as 20,000-30,000 neopoints.

Transmogrification potions, however, are NOT the same thing. I'm not positive, but it's rumored that they make your pet mutant painted, and if you have seen mutant shopkeepers or gallerykeepers, they look DISGUSTING. Or maybe something worse......
