How many hours difference is there between NZ and Arizona?

Depends on the time of year. New Zealand observes Daylight Saving Time {DST} while Arizona does not.

During the New Zealand summer (say, Dec/Jan/Feb, etc.)when they are on DST there is a 20 hour time difference between there and Arizona. Examples: 2 AM Thursday in Arizona = 10 PM Thursday in New Zealand. And: 2 PM Thursday in Arizona = 10 AM Friday in New Zealand.

During the New Zealand winter (say, Jun/July/Aug etc.) when they revert to standard time, the time difference becomes 21 hours. You do the math. ;-)

New Zealand (UTC+12/UTC+13) is 19 hours ahead of Arizona (UTC-7) from the 1st Sunday of April to the last Sunday of September and 20 hours ahead during the rest of the year.

Hokey Pokey ice cream is one of the top favourite Ice cream flavours for New Zealanders. According to polls, Vanilla comes first place, Chocolate and Strawberry follow in third and fourth place.
The ice cream itself consists of small pieces of toffee added to vanilla-flavoured ice cream. It was made famous by the world famous (in New Zealand) Tip Top Ice cream company in the 1940s. The idea of adding toffee wasn't new, but the distinctive taste was unique, and since then it's become a key part of Kiwiana (icons of New zealand culture).

What dominates much of New Zealand?

Much of New Zealand is dominated by volcanic mountains.

What are the denominations of current New Zealand banknotes?

Currently there would be the new 10, 20 and 50 cent coins and the 1 and 2 Dollar coins.

The 1 and 2 cent coins were demonetised on the 30th of April, 1990 and the 5 cent coin was also withdrawn and demonetised on the 1st of November, 2006.

The 1, 2 and 5 cents coins are no longer considered legal tender.

Since the 31st of July, 2006, the Reserve Bank of New Zealand began introducing a smaller, lighter coin to replace the existing 10, 20 and 50 cent coins.

The new 10, 20 and 50 cent coins are made of plated steel. The 10 cent coin has a copper appearance and the 20 and 50 cent coins have a silver appearance.

The 1 and 2 Dollar coins are made of aluminium-bronze and have a gold appearance and remain unchanged from the pre-2006 design.

The 5 cent coin was withdrawn from circulation at the same time and the old 5, 10, 20 and 50 cent coins are no longer legal tender, although they are redeemable for face value at the Reserve Bank of New Zealand.

There is a range of non-circulating $5, $10, $20 and $150 coins that would be considered legal tender, but because their actual value is significantly greater than their face value, only a fool would use them.
