To stop the error Nintendo said to 3DS owners to download an anti-virus to stop the error screen. It was given a Black Screen Of Death status.

3DS games can only be played on the Nintendo 3DS(XL) and 2DS. Therefore, Nintendo DS and DSi cannot play 3DS games

Yes using the wii shop channel which is on every wii console. It uses the internet connection, either LAN using a usb LAN thingy or wireless. The games on the wii shop channel are from previous Nintendo consoles, or are new ones in a category called wiiware, which are short but generally high quality games. You can, but not by using the original GameBoy colour gamecards. You will have to download a digital version of the game off of the Nintendo eShop in order to play GameBoy colour games.
