Ok, you need 1 inventory space. Store 3 Deoxys except for 1. Go to Veilstone and go South-East until you find craters with rocks in them. put Deoxys in the front of the party, and hit A in front of a meteor. Your Deoxys will evolve into a certain form, depending on the rock it is at. store that Deoxys, and repeat the process with the 3 other Deoxys at different rocks. you will get the Defencive form, attack form, and the speed form. if there is a 4th meteorite, I think it turns the forms of Deoxys back to normal, or there is another form to be taken on.
