I have a golden and he is very good. I was able to buy 5 other dogs from the contest winnings.

They can have puppies, because my female dog has bonded with my male dog on the 3DS. My females' physique has gone to overfed and I feed her like I feed the male, and he's not overfed. He is still plump. This is what you have to do:

.Buy a male and female dog (same breed. They can be a different colour)

.Put all your other pets in the hotel.

.Allow them to bond over a tennis ball.

.Feed them milk and dry food only.

.Leave them alone.

.JUST THROW the tennis, and don't play with any of them. Just let them bond.

The Pomeranian are totally cute in this game, but I've had a few and they were not the best for competitions. But some people have had them and really liked them and their's were great in competitions! So if you like Pomeranians cheek em' out!

P.s. The best personality for a Pomeranian in this game is.... This happy boy/girl is fascinated by the world around him/her.

To add dogs to the kennel in Nintendogs DS, you have to get more trainer points.

A cheat to get trainer points is to make sure your dogs fur is beautiful, then go to care and choose either a wire or rubber brush, depending on the fur. When you choose a brush, choose the dog you want to brush. When you go to that "brushing room" or whatever, don't touch the brush or ANYTHING at all.

Plug in your charger and leave your DS on and OPEN to that all night. When you wake up, just press the "back" button and you'll have more trainer points, and if you have enough, a dog will be added to the kennel.

I did that and when I woke up, it said that they added Pugs to the kennel, so yea. :)

You can't just "skip a day" through normal gameplay. You have to shut off your ds and change the date of your system. Set it to one day in the future, and it will reflect that in the game. But there's not really any reason to it, but that works.

You can go into BARK MODE and then have another friend (with a different nintendogs dog) go into BARK MODE also and meet you at the dog park. Then you should be able to get other dogs. Hope I Help!

You need 45000 points to unlock the Labrador Retriever.

When the dogs bark at the begging and the word Nintendo appears; hold down the A B Y X and L R at the same time and it will ask you twice to reset data.

nintendogs can't breed!!

You don't have to but you should if you want your dog to go hungry, thirsty, and dirty.

It is OK to not go on every day. Besides your dog won't die or become sick. Your dog can run away but will come back sooner or later.

Very aggravating problem with a simple answer thanks to my wife! First, you must have the time showing in the instrument cluster of your dashboard (the digital display in the center of the dash showing the odomoter, temperature, etc.). If the time is not showing in the instrument cluster, then look/feel for a small button labelled 'BC' on the end of the turn signal indicator lever. Push this button to scroll through the options for the instrument cluster and stop when the time is displayed. With the time showing in the instrument cluster, twist and hold the right knob on the instrument cluster until the time starts to change. You can twist it forward or backwards depending on which way you want to set the time. This sets the time in both the instrument cluster and the radio.

To delete your whole game on nintendogs just press and hold the a, b, x, y, l, and r buttons all at the same time while the game is loading prior to the title screen appearing. (Right when it says nintendo) But beware if you erase all saved data, it and your puppies can never be recovered.

To delete just one dog go to the Dog Hotel and choose donate. Pick the dog you want to get rid of and you'll never see that dog again.

You have to have an R4 to get everything. Including Infinite Cash. An R4 is a special chip for your DS, kinda like a memory card with cheats. not only an r4 u also can hav an action replay and + u couled just spend yrs getting all the stuff and traiding exd.

Unfortunately not, but two close dogs are: the Maltese (which is white) and the Yorkie (which looks like the Westie and if you keep pressing the 'surprise me' button you should eventually find a white puppy to your liking).
