Medals will be awarded for 302 events, but since they are many teams of 2 or more individuals there will be many more medals awarded than the 906 difference medal awards. There are also events where 2 bronze medals are awarded instead of having a playoff for the metal. The 42 rowing metals for the 14 rowing events will be given to 138 individuals from winning pairs and teams. They actually made 10,000 medals.

Sculling boats with the same number of people are faster than Rowing (one oar) boats. However the fastest Olympic class boat is the coxed 8 (which is a rowing boat). This is because there is no 8 person sculling boat and the fastest sculling boat is the coxless quad.

In my opinion I think that the most won medals of wrestling is Turkey. If you look up on wikipedia you will see that turkey is one of the highest. But in my opinion I think that Turkey is # 1 :D.
