I have opel corsa 2004, is buring oil, checked with JOe Duffy they says perfect no complaint but its oil level is reducsing serioulsy

i think it is part of the cluster, but i could be wrong. reason i say cluster, is that mileage correction tool says connect to bsi and shows picture of cluster processor

this is indicated on the dipstick there are two marks low and obviously full have it just to the top mark leveled with a line or in writing do not over fill otherwise you will cause damage to the enging that's basically it.

One of 2 things. 1- Could be the Oil pump that is faulty 2- There is a 'switch' on the oil pump that could go faulty as well, which needs to be replaced.

the side indicators are not working....

its easy open the bonnet find the location of your battery usually on the top right corner. Get a 10 spanner loosen the nuts holding the terminals remove the positive(red) and then the negative make sure they out of the way then check if theres any clamps holding the battery down then simply pull it out and insert the new one

its a sensor betwen the air filter and the engine

its got 2 special screws star shape

its easy to replace it if you got the right screwdriver but i understand you can also cleanit and its much cheaper

yea, you remove the ignition key and open the door. then the concealed cap latch will release the cap. open cap by hand.

The timing marks for a Corsa 1.7 diesel are performed using an m6 bolt. Go through the hole that can be found in the sprocket at the 9:00 area. Line it up with the marker pin at the 3:00 position.

Spark plugs need to be changed. had the same problem and it disappeared when I replaced the plugs.

There is a wiring harness plug to remove and a jubilee clip at each end.

well you could solve that problem by changing the hydraulic lifters , oil pump valve springs course they are the one coursing the noise on your engine , simply either one of those above mentioned things is not performing good .

you need to recalabrate with a tech 2 at gm dealer Or you will have to replace the failed cam sensor.

take out the old ones put in new ones

If it is not your speedo cable then it is probably a gear inside the speedometer. I fixed mine with superglue!

Depends no the driving style. The full cycle is 7.68 if your engine is running smoothly.

For this one you'll need a torque wrench and an angle gauge. Hope you are familiar with these. The values are 25Nm+600+600+600.

These are from General Motors workshop manuals so I trust them 101%.
