What you'll need (food): vanilla ice cream, Oreos, 1/4 cup Skim Milk

Step 1: First you need to add 2 cups of vanilla ice cream in a frozen cup/bowl (You need to freeze the cup or bowl for at least 30 mins.)

Step 2: Now you need to add the 1/4th cup of Skim Milk.

Step 3: Next you need to get some Oreos and put it in a plastic bag. Now to crush it up, use a rolling pin and roll on the plastic bag and crush it to small pieces. Then put it in the bowl with the vanilla ice cream and skim milk.

Step 4: Finally, Mix it all up till its creamy and soft (Don't mix too much or else you will melt the ice cream!)

Step 5: Serve with a spoon and Enjoy! :)
