Not necessarily. If you are in very bright lighting, your pupils will constrict to limit the amount of light allowed to enter your eye. This protects the retina from damage. Likewise, in very low light levels, your pupils will dilate (enlarge) in order to allow more light into the eye and improve vision. This is a normal process. However, there are a number of drugs that will cause the pupils to constrict, even to the point where they have a "pin-point" appearance. Opioid drugs (drugs derived from the poppy plant) such as opium, heroin, etc., will cause this pupillary constriction to the point of looking pin-point, even if exposed to low lighting levels. If a person is in normal lighting and has pin-point pupils, there is most likely something effecting this abnormal change.

yes you can as diclofenac is not paracetamol based. Although take care as they are both stong painkillers in their own right
Addendum: Dicoflenac is an anti-inflammatory, not an analgesic (painkiller). However, the reduction of inflammation will usually reduce pain.

Whether it was a blow to the area affected or excessive repetitive use will determine the recovery time. If it's a blow to the area, it should heal within a month. (Only if you give it rest and refrain from lifting.)
If it is caused from excessive repetitive use, it will take quite a bit longer. Usually up to eight months. Every injury is different. Therapy may be necessary. Usually strong anti-inflammatorys and ultra sound treatments are used to help treat tendinitis.
If you are worried about work and this is where the injury occurred, your employer is required by law to give you time off. This is all made possible with F.M.L.A. (Family Medical Leave Act) During this time they can not fire you. I recommend seeing two doctors. Just for a second opinion. Usually if it is a tendon, your doctor may want to give you an x-ray to see if a piece of the bone was torn away during the initial incident.
For younger individuals I do not recommend getting a shot of hydrocortisone via direct injected into the tendon itself. I suggest talking to two doctors from separate clinics that specialize in sports medicine before considering it.
Added Information: usually these injuries occur due to misinformation, IE: working out for too long. You have to remember there is no quick way to getting stronger. It takes time. These injuries are quite common, thanks to the fitness industry who sometimes claim working out for long periods of time will give better results. While it is good to push yourself, no more than an hour should be spent at the gym. You need to give your body time to recover. It is not a matter of how much or how long you lift; it is only a matter of whether you do it or not. If you feel like something hurts, listen to your body and give it rest. This type of injury can be very painful and cause reoccurring injuries due to your first incident. Please listen to your body!

You can not obtain narcotic drugs without a prescription legally. The online pharmacies that claim to sell controlled substances (hydrocodone, oxycodone, diazepam, etc ) are operating illegally or are most likely scams. I've heard that high cholesterol can be a contributing factor to a ring, but it is usually found in people over 40. However, it can still occur in younger people. An ophthalmologist would know better than me, of course. :)
Another factor I've heard of that could cause a ring has something to do with liver damage. Not to be the cause of alarm, but it is something worth considering if the yellow band is concentrated or if it expands.

It basically says that it is due to unequal distribution of pigment in the eye and is normal, more common in people with blue and brown eyes.
Wilsons disease is the condition scripted into house, it is caused by the bodys inabilty to bind copper. The copper builds up in the liver and kidneys and damages them. copper rings are seen around the iris, not the pupil, due to their deposition. And there is no mistaking copper for yellow in these cases so dont worry :)
