If the parakeet is also holding its wings out away from its body, the parakeet is too hot. You can spritz the bird LIGHTLY with cool, NOT cold, water and it will help. If you have a bird bath you can attach to the cage, or that the parakeet can use inside your home, that would be good also. Never put a parakeet in direct sunlight on days when the weather is 100 degrees F or over. They are also sensitive to cold. If the bird is wheezing but is not holding its wings out, it might be a good idea to take it to a veterinarian, because it may be sick.

You need to make her believe you could never risk it again because you need her more than anything in the world, and all without being clingy. Buy her some things she likes without going overboard, plan to spend alone time with her so she's all you're focused on at that moment, and let her know what you're up to from time to time without her even having to ask; show her that you're serious about winning back her trust.

Well, it sort of depends. If the female is laying/sitting on the egg that might mean it is fertile, but only if she is either trained or knows how to do that. But sometimes, the egg will be fertile, but the female won't know what to do, so she won't sit on it.

Also, do you let your bird mate, because if you do the egg will most likely be fertile.
