Absolutely not. The seed mixtures intended for feeding wild birds are mostly for energy supplementation to keep them from starving in the winter. They are very high-energy and are not nutritionally complete. You should only feed your pet birds food that is specifically designed for pet birds. Yes, it is more expensive, but if you cannot afford proper food for your pets you need to re-evaluate whether or not you can properly care for them. If you are experiencing financial hardship, some humane societies provide emergency food for pets.

It is best to get it one of those hard stick-type foods as a treat, this should allow your parakeet to keep it's beak from growing too large (im not certain that they do this). If this does not remedy the problem I would strongly urge you to take your pet to the vet! Trying to file down the beak of a bird could prove harmful, or cause stress to the bird (then it may molt), not to mention the fact that a scared, and non-sedated animal will likely attack you...in this case possibly taking a good size plug out of your hand.

All parrots must have proper and guiet 10-12 hour sleep every night. Before that they should not be waken up.

All my parrots sleep in separate room (birdroom), in total darkness and in guiet, and they know after they've got their evening snack, they will have 15 minutes to go on their sleeping perches before lights go off. First of all the color of your parakeet doesn't effect anything it does. Second, you can't make a parakeet be quiet. They're big flock birds so they always are communicating with one another. Each parakeet is different, I have two myself and one is quiet and only has a few outbursts while the other likes to talk all day long. If you dislike the sound then I suggest giving the parakeet away or getting used to it. Never EVER punish the parakeet by smacking it, spraying it, or anything else.

No. Three parakeets CANNOT mate. Say you have two females, and one male parakeet. One of the females will mate with the male and will create about 4 to 8 eggs. The other female will just sit and watch. Though, I do recommend that you keep an even number of parakeets in a cage for successful breeding. Just saying. Well, enjoy breeding your parakeets! My birds had 6 babies! *There sooo cute!*

Would you want the paerakeet to poke your babies eyes? I think not! Not a good idea!

they are not hard to train at all because I am nice to them and take care and I have fun with them. it will be easier to train them if you are nice to them. I should know because I have one.

This is a yes and a no. If it is harmless then you two are maybe just very close and this is how you were taught to act around each other. Then again it is probably more if you feel the need to ask the question. In this case then no. No it isn't, you need to stop and refrain yourself from these things. Maybe sit down with a shrink and discuss these emotions. Maybe you just need to get out in the world and meet new people and do exciting things I don't know you so I can't say, but I will add this. You can end up taking it back apart to repair the other one. If one is bad, the odds are the other one is too. Repair them both at the same time.

Quite simply, parrots are social creatures, and imitating sounds, including spoken words, is their way of communicating. Parrots are more likely to imitate speech if they have no other birds of their own type around.

Battery cable is most likely loose, check both cables for tightness. The more I think about it may be a loose ground wire not the ones to the battery. Check where your ground wire comes off the battery and connects to the vehicle. The only other thing I can figure may be a wire from the alternator going to the battery - some cars you can remove the wires from the battery and the car stays running - (once it is started) but it still need a goods connection between the rest of the components. I guess I would look at the entire sequence starting components - from the fuse -> ignition -> celenoid -> starter -> battery -> alternator and the ground. The reason I am saiying that is because you said it only happens when you hit a bump. That to me would indicate something is loose intermitantly. I could be a switch or a relay maybe, but I would check all these first.

It can take years,depending on their age.I'd fix a nest box to put in their cage.Sometimes that will help encourage them.Just be patient.
