As a Production Sound Mixer and Boom Operator, my advice on the best way to become a Boom Operator is to introduce yourself to a sound mixer, tell them you're interested in learning the craft and would like to visit the set and watch. You could also volunteer to assist at no cost in doing things the mixer allows you to do. That way, during breaks, the mixer and the boom op can show you how they do the job. A good boom operator is important and often hard to find so if you have what it takes, you could find yourself in a new career.

it's about hayley's parent's getting divorced. her dad left her and her mom so hayley promised to her mom she wouldn't let herself fall in love or sing about fake love. but she met a guy and she fell in love so she started singing about it.

Yes. Hayley Williams read the Twilight saga and TOTALLY loved it. When she heard that Summit was going to make a movie she told her record company that she wanted to write a song for it. So her record company contacted Catherine Hardwicke and told her. Catherine decided to show Hayley some of the clips from the movie that they had already shot. Then Hayley and lead guitarist Josh Farro got down and started writing the song together.

The term B-side comes from the time of the vinyl record.

The vinyl record had two sides, usually called A and B. The first half of the album would be the A-side, the second half the B-side. So, an album B-side would simply be a track from the second half of the album.

However, the term is most used about singles, for instance the B-side to "Hand In Glove" by The Smiths being "Handsome Devil", seeing as it's on the B-side of the single. The B-side is often less hooky, and will not be as marketed as the A-side. A common expression used about good B-sides is that they have been "buried".

It is still common to refer to a song not being the first track on a single, or a remix of this, as a B-side.
