What did you do after pearl harbor?
After the pearl harbor we carpet bombed and atomic bombed Japan
Actually the US first actively joined the war against Nazi Germany, briefly ignoring Japan. The first real attack on Japan we used several of our remaining carriers to take Doolittle's bombers within range to bomb Tokyo. Then we began a slow bloodycrawl hopping island to island (mostly the Marine Corp), until we captured several islands within range of Japan. On each long runways were built for B-29 bombers, and we began firebombing most Japanese cities with magnesium and white phosphorus incendiaries triggering large firestorms and killing up to 50,000 Japanese per attack. Finally two missions flew from Tinnian island, three Silverplate modified B-29 planes each (one strike plane carrying 1 atomic bomb and two recon/observer planes). The first mission on August 6, 1945 hit Hiroshima (the primary), the second mission on August 9, 1945 hit Nagasaki (the secondary because the primary was totally overcast). Soon Japan surrendered. Each atomic bombing killed about 100,000 Japanese.
What did the Japanese think they would accomplish by attacking and taking control of midway quickly?
The Japanese thought they would cripple the American Naval fleet with their attack at Midway. They hoped that another demoralizing defeat (Pearl Harbor being the first) would force the U.S. to capitulate in the Pacific War and thus ensure Japanese dominance in the Pacific.
The American codebreakers broke the code and learned the date and time of the attack and were able to defeat the Japan Naval attack.
The historical factors between japan and America before the attack on pearl harbor?
Japan's Imperial Navy had defeated the Russian Battleship Fleet at Tsushima in May of 1905. Historically, this naval battle was significant in three ways: 1. It proved to Great Britain, that the new battleship design that they intended to approve for construction, was now valid, and the new "HMS Dreadnaught" was laid down in October 1905, just three months after "The Battle of Tsushima." HMS Dreadnaught launched a new arm's race, which would ultimately lead to WWI, less than ten years later. 2. It was an eye opener for the West. As it was the first time since Ghengis Khan, that an Eastern nation had defeated a Western nation in war. 3. The United States now had a "New Threat" in the Pacific, and now had to have TWO naval fleets to protect itself, instead of just the one fleet stationed on the east US coast. In 1907/1908 US President Teddy Roosevelt sent the US Navy's "Great White Fleet" around the world on a peace tour. Designed specically to show Japan that the US Navy was a powerful foe...just in case they had any ideas.

Pearl grips are typically made from the inner layer of a mollusk shell, primarily from species like the freshwater mussel or certain types of oysters. The process involves carefully harvesting the shell, then cutting and shaping it into the desired grip form. After shaping, the surface is polished to enhance its luster and achieve a smooth finish. Finally, these grips are often dyed or treated to achieve different colors and designs, making them visually appealing for various applications, including firearms and custom knives.
