# In a glass or plastic bowl, combine yeast, water, and sugar (the water can just be water from the tap, make sure it's below 100°F). #
Stir to dissolve the yeast and let the yeast "bloom" for 15 minutes. #
Stir in 1 cup flour, add salt, and then stir in another cup of flour (the remaining cup of flour will be your "bench" flour and added flour). #
Dump mixture onto kneading board and work in last cup of flour, kneading until dough is soft and elastic, but not sticky. Form dough into a ball. #
In another bowl, pour in the 1 tbsp olive oil and spread around. #
Coat ball of dough with oil and cover bowl with a damp towel and let dough rise for 40 minutes. #
Punch down dough and knead on board about 2 minutes. Dough is now ready to spread in the pan. #
To avoid sticking of crust, lightly spray pizza pan with olive oil or vegetable oil spray and then work dough to pan (or use free form pan) - this dough is enough for 1 14-in pizza with a thin bottom crust and enough dough around the edge to munch. #

In Italy, where the dish originated, the piece of bread is quite thin, only a couple of millimetres, but in the United States it is sometimes made with a very thick bread crust, sometimes 2 cm or more, The toppings vary from place to place according to custom and personal taste, but often include tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Is it worth be a driver at dominos pizza?
Yes, I do believe it is worth being a driver at Domino's Pizza. I have been working there for five months. They pay minimum wage, but with the tips and gas allowance (a set amount of money paid to the driver to make up for gas that varies depending on the current gasoline prices) add up. However, if you worry a lot about miles on your vehicle and have trouble keeping it up, I would not suggest being a driver anywhere.

Is Pizza Hut started using less cheese on their pizzas?
No, they haven't been using less cheese on there pizza. it is still the same amount.
Personally I don't know if Pizza Hut cut the amount of cheese they put on their pizza but I do know this. Of all the major chains or mom and pop pizza stores, Pizza Hut is by far the skimpiest on their cheese. The last pizza I got there, I took a slice around the room and everyone admitted it looked like they place the cheese between the toppings. An ex employee told us unlike most pizza makers, Pizza Hut puts the cheese on last. This gives the illusion of cheese covering the pizza while it is actually the other toppings coating most of the top of the pizza.
