Well... In FireRed and LeafGreen, you cannot actually catch Regice without using cheats. The only way to legitimately catch Regice is to have Sapphire, Ruby, or Emerald. In one of those games, you need to have a Wailord and Relicanth. You also need to know how to read Braille. You follow the instructions in the underwater cave southwest of Sootopolis. Then you simply go west of Petalburg, surf westward until you reach a cave. Inside, you follow the instructions and it opens up the path to Regice. It is at level 40 and is an Ice type, so be prepared. As it is a lengendary, it is significantly harder to catch than most pokemon, so bring a lot of ultra balls. I recommend putting it to sleep.

First of all if you have seen a poliwag use the pokedex to find where it appears second use the good rod to fish it out.
If you go to Fuchsia City and go to the house where you got the good rod then behind the house there is a pond. It is full of Poliwags!

to get through the silph co you need to explore the floors until you find the card key. the card key unlocks a door on the third floor, which has teleporters which lead to a rival battle and a bed to heal in (i suggest you heal first!). after the rival battle, talk to the person on the left and you will get a rare Pokemon lapras. go into the teleporter on the bottom right and you will find yourselves but one battle away from Giovanni, and the master ball.

fly to viridian city and go west onto route 22, you will have to fight you rival and then follow the path through the gates and you will find victory road. go through this and you will reach the elite 4, however victory road is long and there are many trainers so make sure you have enough supplies, good luck

Where do you get hm defog in FireRed?
go to pastoria city and go into the safari zone right at the start you will see a trainer...(i think its and ace trainer) and he will say he doesnt need the hm defog so he will give it to you...have a flying type or something because defog is a flying type move
