How do you get red orb in Pokemon Heart Gold?

You can only get the Red Orb in Pokémon Ruby; in Sapphire, you get the Blue Orb, and you get it from the old woman at the peak of Mt. Pyre.
You cannot get a Red Orb in Sapphire, as it is available only in the Ruby Version. However, in Sapphire, you can get a Blue Orb which will be at Mt. Pyre's peak, given to you by an old couple there. You can gain access to the Cave of origin in Sootopolis city with a blue orb and catch Kyogre.
But in Ruby, you can catch Groudon instead of Kyogre.

You can't obtain the red orb in Sapphire.
Team Aqua uses it to awaken Kyogre, while you are given the blue orb in order to challenge it. In Ruby however, team Magma has the blue orb, while you get the red orb to challenge Groudon.
You can't have both orbs (and thus be able to fight both Kyogre and Groudon) on either one game. That's only possible in Emerald version.
Go to the top of Mt.Pyre and it will be there.
You can not find the red orb in Sapphire. You can only find it in Ruby and Emerald.
Well, technically [if I remember correctly] the old woman gives it to you when you go to look for the blue orb. But it is pretty much completely useless in Sapphire.

Well, you must know surf, and be able to get to mahogany town. Take route 43 north to the lake of rage. Surf on the lake : this only works when its raining. You should find a red Gyrados . Press a. Now either destroy it, flee when it's weak, catch it, or die. Either way, you`ll get a red scale. Now go to Mr Pokemon's house, and he'll want to trade it for an exp share. Press yes, and you'll get it. Same goes on heart gold. If you know another way, improve my answer. (I can't beat lance!) Hope it helped.

In Ecruteak City, there is a dance hall. If you go inside, there should be a guy yelling at a girl on the stage. You need to battle him, he has a level 12 koffing when you battle him after the battle u go off the stage and a older guy comes up to you and he gives you HM 03 Surf. .

First off you have to insert the GBA cartrige into the DS slot, then go to the menu ( the one where it says "Continue game","new game" and so on. then it should say migrate from the GBA Pokemon game that you inserted, then when you select that option it should say some thing about time then you have to select 6 Pokemon from the game that you wish to migrate (YOU CAN ONLY MIGRATE POKEMON THAT ARE IN YOUR STORAGE BOXES. SO YOU CANT MIGRATE IF THERE IN YOUR PARTY). Once you do that you need to go to Route 221, when you reach route 221 you have to go inside the building and talk to the man then he will let you out into the feild and catch the Pokemon that you migrated

No color or ammount of apricorns can make the GS Ball. The GS Ball was only given out in Japan for Pokemon Crystal. It prompts a Celebi while at the shrine in the Ilex Forest. But there is no way to create it.

When you first enter team aqua's base at Lilycove City there is a door at the back. In the next room there are 2 warp panels use the one in the left. In the next room there will be a warp panel on the other side, just go around and then use it. The next room has lots of panels, when you first enter go to the one on the far left. Next use the middle one (you don't really have a choice). then the one on the left. On the next room use the far left NOT the center. You will now be in the room with the master ball. Top left is the maser ball, bottom left is another item, the other two are electrodes. Have Fun!!! (Voltex)
