First you have to go to China. Then you go to a store called: Gwuatched Tohm. Ask this: "kien tin pikegu ced" They give you one and it wil come with a pack of: Infernape, Empoleon, Torterra and Shaymin. The pikachu has 999 HP.
I am not so sure about the above, but that is DEFINATELY not Chinese, even if it was written in Chinese "pin-yin" (pronounciation). I am not so sure, but try this, ni you pi-ka-chu ka ma? (litterally- do you have a pikachu card?) the ni is pronounced with an accending voice, the you is accented ont he "o" and should sound like your voice going down, then up. the pikachu.. is well... pikachu. ka, is likethe same thing as "ga" in sound, but a heavy g. ma is a short sound. ma states wether or not you have a yes or no question

There will be times when you encounter other questions than those listed here. Of course, there are other questions that will not have any contribution to the nature of Naive. Simply answer those questions in any way you want. If your Pokemon personality turns out to be another Pokemon, take the quiz again. It may take you a while to get Eevee, as there are not many questions which score you points under the Naïve nature category. Remember to choose 'Female' at the end of the quiz.
Why didn't Charmander evolve at Level 16?
In the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Red and Blue rescue team games, Pokemon evolve after beating Rayquaza. A cave will open up at Whiscash Pond. Go into the cave alone and choose to evolve.

there are 30 floors and on the 20th floor if you have either mystery part or secret slab you can vs raikou.

How do you get Western Cave in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon?
After beating Rayquaza, talking to Medicham, visiting Lombre and Whiscash, and getting HM Dive, you go through Solar Cave. Eventually, after Spinda shows up, you'll eventually go through Fiery Field, Lightning Field, Northwind Field, and Mt. Faraway to beat Entei, Raikou, Suicune, and Ho-oh. After you recruit Ho-oh when you meet it again, Western Cave will be unlocked.
How do you get through the dotted hole in fire red?
When you see the strange entrance, use cut to open it. You MUST fall through the holes in this way:
North hole.
West hole.
East hole.
South hole.
How many levels are there in sky tower?
There are 25 floors if you haven't unlocked the tower top by clearing the main story.
How do you get to destiny tower?
I know this may sound disappointing but to get Destiny Tower you have to beat the game then make drinks at Spinda's Cafe. However, it may take a long time because it's so random. I had once gotten it but my game crashed and I had to turn it off but I didn't save it.
For Explorers of Time and Darkness: You can go to the World Aybass (WNWY JXTK &5C1 4N3- P4NM 8K&C) and is found on the 30th floor. You also get the Rock Horn (higher recruit rate for rock pokemon).
For Explorers of Sky:
I think it's called the Great Hole (sorry I'm not an expert, I only own Explorers of Time and Darkness!) and I'm also pretty sure it can only be received in a random mission in Spinda's Cafe.

Bagons can be found in Wyvern hill Floor 1-4, Lapis Cave Floor 9-13, Wish cave Floor 45-49 and Joyous tower Floor 42-45.for evolutions it goes Bagon-Shelgon-Salamence annd thats about all i can tell u hope u got wat u needed.

Can you recruit the three regis in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 2?
Yes you can but regice, steel and rock all might take more than one time to recruit after aegis cave. Regigas is 100percent recruitment so you just fight him once after aegis cave. ( note: i got all the regis except for ice on my first try so their not THAT HARD to recruit).

Charmander is a fire type of Pokemon which you can get as your starter in generation 1. It does not learn any attacks at level 14.

How do you beat Dialga in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 2?
its pretty easy!just follow these few steps,the 1st way is the easiest,the 2nd is okay,the 3rd is not bad...etc.
- Have a mudkip as your Pokemon or your partner.Make you or your partner learn endeavor.(mudkip can,)Now that you've got to do that,go in front of dialga and use endeavor,for endeavor will match dialga's hp with your hp;Dialga should take almost 1,000 damage.It should be easy to destroy dialga.
- Have your partner and you go near dialga,so he'll just have to use short range attacks like metal claw,ancient power,etc.That way things go A LOT easier,trust me!
- Get a partner or yourself to learn a ground or fighting type move,have that Pokemon's tactic set to fight all enemies,and you will just go to the nearest corner.Now that that's set,keep on giving oran berries to your partner or if you have a fighting or ground type move,give your partner a get away from here tactic to avoid getting hit by that pesky roar of time!
- Get yourself to be a munchlax,(only you can be a munchlax)munchlax can however,learn grudge,so have your munchlax get hit by a roar of time while you use grudge,BOOM!your munchlax has reduced ALL of dialga"s pp for roar of time.
- Have you and your partner go all the way to the bottom of the area,this can be preformed by getting your partner a get away from here tactic,and you immobilize dialga somehow.Dialga's roar of time will be useless and you can just hit dialga with long,special moves;Just line up you and dialga using the map.

How do you get a Thunder Stone in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon?
The evolutionary item Thunderstone is found on the 29th floor of Lightning Field. Search the floor thoughroughly as there are often multiple stones. That is the only place to get Thunderstones, though, and it is only on that level.
