Can a girl dress up as the 80s boy george in a 80s fancy dress party?

Sure, in fact, it might look cute.

Aside from music and shock value, Boy George's carefully chosen attire was all about blurring the lines of sexual identity. Although for biological reasons built into us for the preservation of the race, most of us will always want to determine the other's sexual identity, there are still good reasons why sexual identity should not be the defining element. So, perhaps the question is this, can you be you with a blurring of your sexual identity? If so, go for it.

Why did blink-182 break up?

During the self titled album blink was at the HEIGHT of their career, they sold out arena's across the world. But Tom just had his daughter Ava. He had been gone for about 2 years and missed pretty much the entire pregnancy, and the first year and a half of her life. So he just wanted to go home and be with his family. Mark and Travis thought that would be a terrible idea to take a break right now. This made Tom really upset and he told them he just couldn't keep going and HAD to go home, then they said if that was his decision he would have to live with the consequences and so he decided he couldn't do it anymore and left for good. Then he started AVA

If you want you can hear this story told by tom on their AVA - Start The Machine DVD

AnswerIn 1998, midway through a U.S. tour, Drummer Travis Barker, who was touring with The Aquabats on the same tour with Blink-182, later played the set because Scott Raynor had to leave for the day. After the set, Mark Hoppus and Tom Delonge sat down and talked about Travis Barker joining the band. The next day he became a member of the band and replaced Raynor permanently. DeLonge left the group in early 2005, with the band portraying it as an "indefinite hiatus". DeLonge went on to play alternative rock in a band called Angels & Airwaves, while Hoppus and Barker continued in a similar genre with their band +44.

Tensions arose between Mark Hoppus, Travis Barker, and Tom Delonge because of DeLonge's desire for a half-year respite from touring to spend time with his family.

Also Hoppus' feelings of betrayal after the formation of Box Car Racer, (Delonge and Barker's experiment with record ideas they felt were not "Blink-friendly,") created further problems along with discussions regarding Blink-182's future recording endeavors.

After a cancelled tour of February 2005, the Blink-182's band manager called Hoppus and Barker to tell them that Tom had quit the band.

DeLonge confirmed that "Blink-182 was dead".

He strayed from The Jackson 5 to further his own career as an "adult" artist. He felt the Jackson 5 was stuck as being seen as a "boy band" type and he wanted to go further. Additionally, he also felt that his Father (who was managing the band at the time), was indeed holding him back and making poor decisions for the band. Where did Avril Lavigne liva as a kid?

At the age of two, Avril began singing church songs with her mother. Her mom recognized her two-year-old daughter's talents after hearing her sing "Jesus Loves Me" in church. Lavigne has an older brother, Matthew, and a younger sister, Michelle, both of whom teased her when she sang. Avril has said that "My brother used to knock on the wall because I used to sing myself to sleep and he thought it was really annoying."

When Lavigne was five years old, the family moved from Belleville to Napanee, Ontario. Although she struggled to pay attention in school, sometimes being kicked out of class for misbehaving, her parents supported her singing. Her father bought her a microphone, a drum kit, a keyboard, and several guitars, and converted their basement into a studio.

When Lavigne was 14, her parents would take her to karaoke sessions. Lavigne also performed at country fairs, singing songs by Garth Brooks, The Dixie Chicks, and Shania Twain. She also began writing her own songs. Her first song was called "Can't Stop Thinking About You", about a teenage crush, which she later described as "cheesy cute".
