Even if you miscarry the test will show positive for a few weeks after. It takes time for the hormones to settle. If you suspect a miscarriage you have to see the doctor to make sure everything is gone so you don't get infections. When they do the ultrasound they will also confirm if it was one or not.

I went to the doctor and i got checked on the pregnancy test and also they took blood out, my results were 39.0 and normal range would be 0.0-20.0, i don't know what that means in BETA HCG? please tell me if im high or low in the possibilty that i am pregnant. A D&C would not cause blocked fallopian tubes. If you got pregnant, at least one of your tubes was not blocked.

4 days of LH surge is a POSSIBILITY that you are pregnant. Its not for certain but because HCG and LH hormones are so closely related it can show up positive with you being pregnant but the only way to know for sure is to wait about 4 weeks. The placenta starts to form around then and the HCG increases. Thats a better time to test and if you are go to the doctor to be positive and make sure you get a blood test done.

There are a lot of things that can prevent the HCG level. It could be the intake of fluid, or it could be that your body has not produced enough HCG to detect a pregnancy.
