Carlos "South Park Mexican" Coy was arrest 25 September 2001 by Houston police on a charge of Aggravated Sexual Assault against a child. His victim was the 9 year old friend of of his daughter. He was indicted by a Harris County jury for this charge on 1 December 2001, and an additional charge was added from 1993 when he was accused of impregnating a 13 year old girl--later identified as Jill Odom when she sued him for parental support; DNA paternity testing has proven this allegation. An additional two charges were still later added for March 2002 accusations of sexual assaults against two 14 year old girls. In all, eight girls have brought allegations of sexual abuse against Carlos Coy. The only charge for which he appears to be currently sentenced is the 2001 assault.

This depends on the crime and criminal history. If the crime committed is Robbery 1st or Assault 1st then 85% of the sentence must be served. Sex offenses also require 85%. If the offender has a poor criminal history (2 or more prior felony convictions) then at least 50% or 2.5 years must be served. No priors then release is probable in less than one year. Keep in mind jail time served prior to plea or finding of guilt counts towards the prison sentence.
