No, Muhammad is not omnipresent as he was just a human as everyone else. Allah even asked him (40:55, 47:19, 48:2) to ask forgiveness for his sins indicating that Muhammad was a human as all humans are sinners (humans die because of sin). Only God is omnipresent and since Mohammad is just another human he is not a omnipresent. Mohammad died and his tomb is in Medina is another indication that he is not omnipresent. Only Jesus claimed omnipresence (Matt 18:20, 28:20, John 14:23).
