The Islamic point of view is that Islam is God's (Allah's) favourite religion as mentioned in the holy book of Muslims ("Quran" or "Koran") and Islam has existed ever since this earth came in to being.
According to the Koran, Allah sent "ADAM", the father of all human beings, and "AMMA HAWWA" (Eve), the mother of all human beings.
Allah sent them Adam and Eve from Heaven to Earth to punish them for their disobedience to his orders. So considering these statements in the Koran, Islam has been here since ADAM came to earth. And the Koran states that Allah revealed the final heaven-sent message (the Koran) to Muhammad and in doing so completed the religion (al Islam).

- Quran; as the last God holy book; states in its text that it is guarded by God against single letter alterations.

Then ruled over varying areas of the Maghreb, Egypt and the Levant until 1171. The Buyid dynasty emerged in Daylaman, north of Iran, about 930 and then ruled over central and western part of Iran and Iraq until 1048. In Yemen Imams of various dynasties usually of the Zaidi sect established a theocratic political structure that survived from 897 until 1962.

So, during the life in Madina, Quran gave importance to the compulsory deeds in Islma, and the rules regarding to set up an ideal society. 2. The verses of the Quran was to be stayed alive till the end of this univese. If the Quran was not revealed in piece meal, it would have been difficult for the followers of Quran to learn byheart. The Quran was later compiled from the memories of the companions and from the records written by some of the writers of the Prophet. At the same time, the quran if was revealed at once, this facilities would have been lost.
