Being "mesmerized" is simply to be completely fascinated by something or someone to the exclusion of all else. Being in the psychology program, i would say that with every answer there is a question and it is a field that is pretty much different from person to person and having hypotheses helps bring up questions and answers or subjective theories that can help define a more accuret answer. It is always better to have more theories on one cause and come up with an answer gradually then to have one hypotheses and be completely wrong.

Feeling slighted refers to experiencing a sense of being overlooked, disrespected, or unfairly treated in a minor way. It can occur when someone feels they have not received the acknowledgment or consideration they believe they deserve in a particular situation. This feeling can lead to hurt emotions or a sense of being undervalued.

The rat. In order to prove his theory of classical conditioning Pavlov made Little Albert afraid of a white furry cloth which transferred to a rat. Every time Albert saw the white furry cloth it was paired to an event that would scare him. Eventually after many times of this all he had to do is see something that looked like the orginal item and he would be scared. So, this fear was transferred to a white rat.

There are three levels of analysis in social psychology (or sciences),they are :

1) Societal level of analysis

2) Individual level of analysis

3) Interpersonal level of analysis

Social psychology studies the experience and behavior of individuals in relation to others individuals,group and culture.

Whereas, Interpersonal levels of analysis 's focus lies on a person's current social situation.The constituents of social situation are - the other people,their attitudes, behaviors and their relationships to the individual.

As you can see,both are concerned about the same point of view, hens interpersonal level of analysis more belong to social psychology.

Behaviors are actions that are directly observable such as reading, talking, and listening. Mental processes involve thoughts, emotions, and motive which cannot be directly observed such as depression, concentration, and love.

Some main concerns of industrial and organizational psychology include improving employee satisfaction and well-being, enhancing job performance and productivity, reducing turnover and absenteeism, and fostering effective leadership and teamwork within organizations.
