I agree that it is crucial, but i do not agree that it is not possible. I presently fall in this category. Someone as i type, loves me and i do not love the person one bit. It hurts to say this because anytime i see her or hear her talk, i feel her pain.
Things to do...
- You have to get the thought of that person out of your mind. This can be done by getting busy with something else. Make sure you're not left all by yourself with your thoughts.
- Always think of the mistakes of the person, this will help you build up a negative perception of that person.
- Stay emotional balanced by attending social gatherings (not clubs, or any where where lovers are).
- Attend sporting exercises that are a bit physical like lawn tennis, swimming, football etc. This will help shake your thoughts out and bring you out of yourself.
- Read the bible and get to know Jesus. (This actually works magically).

Real love cannot be turned on and off like a light switch. If you really love someone that love doesn't just go away. Depending on your age, the circumstances involved, etc., the love may or may not fade over time or you will learn to live with it as miserable as this situation can be. I don't think real love is conditional upon whether that person loves us back or not, even though that is what we want.

You always love someone you loved or you would never have loved them in the first place. The only thing you have to do is open your heart again to someone else to love, it is much better to show reciprocation with someone.
How do you change from being a prep to a punk?
To be punk you listen to punk music; wear crazy punk spiked-up, bold colored hair; and have a punk attitude. If you are a true prep you can never be even kinda punk, and if you are copying someone or you brag about being punk -EVER- you can never be punk.
