well there are many many plants found in the grasslands like tress flowers grass

it is very simple. humans cut down trees for wood supply and Australia is very hot. it has many deserts and is very dry. (that's mainly why the native Australians live by the cost) they do not get much rain. thus, there is no water for the plants to grow.

For example, in Australia, scientists have discovered cancer-curing properties of plants in the tropical rainforests in the far north of the country. These have been used to cure cancers in some domestic animals, and researchers are now looking at whether these plants can be used to cure cancers in people.

Latex is another product. It is used in chewing gum, as well as rubber products such as car tyres. the trees in a au forest are also useful for their wood. Minerals, common throughout the world, are no less common in rainforests, which can yield large amounts of iron, manganese and other minerals and metals. Here are some ways plants adapt in the Amazon rainforest: climb up each other to get sunlight, has leaves or petals that catch rainwater, has leaves or petals that get bigger to get sunlight, developing bright colors to attract insects for pollination, getting used to acidic soil, being an invasive plant, and being native to the region. That is all the adaptationsI know of. ;)
